It is hard to believe, but we begin our third season of HCA’s East Florida Hospital Eat This Drink That Go! Presented by Whole Foods Market soon. Jimmy and I thank you for all of your support. Our radio show will soon be on television. Stay tuned for more details!

- David Bracha from Oak Tavern in the Design District and River Seafood & Oyster Bar located in Downtown Miami. The Oak Tavern is just plain fun and on a beautiful day to sit outside for brunch. Try the Shrimp and Grits – wow! That and a bloody mary … heaven!
- Deliver Lean (great new delivery of healthy foods). Head of Development for Deliver Lean, Peter Cianci shared with us this innovative new company. Jimmy and I look forward to visiting the kitchens personally soon. Their foods are excellent – for the busy professional that wants to eat healthy and doesn’t have time – check them out!!! You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner delivered to your home.
- Julie Frans from Essential Restaurant located at the Palms Hotel was cooking in the studio. Yes, it is a definite must to try the “healthy – yes, healthy” quinoa pancakes. Everything at her restaurant is farm to table.
- Shula’s Steakhouse. President of Shula’s, Dave Shula and sommelier Christian Dammart joined us last week with filets, cowboy steaks. All of their meat is from Buckhead Beef – the best dry aged beef available. They have six concepts now! Tune in this Saturday for our gift certificate give-away.
- Ana Capri Italian Markets – Jimmy and I adore the Zuozo family – and you can now order from their Italian market on-line! They have restaurants in Pinecrest, Coral Gables and Coral Springs. They never disappoint!

- Van Williamson from Witching Stick Wines out of Philo shared choices from his first vintage, Steven Shaw visited from the Finger Lakes Region with his extraordinary wines from Shaw Vineyard and Emilio Guerra from Dreyfus Ashby was back in the studio with some great selections. Donald Patz from Patz & Hall Wines and Doug Shafer from Shafer Wines stopped by. Donald just opened a new tasting room in Sonoma. Can’t wait to visit!
