Cefalo’s Legends Suite – Bourbon Brisket and Barbeque!

October 6, 2013 – What an unbelievable treat to have Chef Edward Lee from 610 Magnolia, Louisville, Kentucky cook alongside one of our favorite chefs – Chef John Sexton from Turnberry Isle Miami.  The theme for the Suite – Bourbon Brisket and Barbeque!  Books And Books were on hand with Chef Lee’s hot cookbook – Smoke & Pickles where Chef Lee happily signed copies for the Suite holders.

Tim Laird, the Chief Entertainment Officer and his colleague, Thomas Schneider from Brown Forman were serving up Woodford Reserve Bourbon Cocktails.  Bruce Orosz was pouring his amazing Hollywood & Vine Wines – 2480 Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a great cab/merlot blend – Short Ends!  Emilio Guerra from Dreyfus Ashby was pouring some great estate wines, along with Sonya Perez and Celio Romanach from the House of Martini pouring great Italian sparkling wines.  All for the Miami Dolphins vs. Baltimore Ravens game at Sun Life Stadium on October 6th – oh and by the way – it was Jimmy’s Birthday!

Even those we lost, fun was had by all at Cefalo’s Legends Suite 44 330 40 !
